The Homeowners Association of Beacon Woods ( Pasco County Florida ) had this poor man thrown in jail, because he could not afford to resod his lawn. They fine at least fifty homeowners a month over the issue of "Keeping our Lawns Lush and Beautiful", this even though the county has imposed watering restrictions for over a year!
