She's no Truman

Last night I watched Sarah Palin's acceptance speech. She told the usual Republican bullcrap, deriding the Democrats. She said the Democrats would raise taxes bla bla bla. Then she made a statement about herself. She said she was just just a country gal. She then made a reference to Harry Truman, comparing herself to him. Sarah, puleeze! First Truman would not support you, as a Republican. Second, you are no Harry Truman! You are a dyed in the wool Republican. You claimed you "fought big oil". To which I ask this one question---HOW? You are all for drilling wherever there is space to sink a drill bit. You would appear to not know an oil company you don't like. Or are you planning to "nationalize" the oil companies, bringing in "Socialism" that baad word among conservatives.

Sarah, you are no Harry Truman you are not even an Abraham Lincoln. You are in fact, no better than your posterboy, George Dubya. Please do not insult the intelligence of the American voter. You may have fooled some of them, into thinking you are the party of the working class. However, the majority can see right through that "trickle down" bullcrap you spew. So please Sarah, go back home to your oil well up in Alaska, and spare the rest of us.
